Lisa is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about providing professional expert nutrition and lifestyle advice to help clients achieve their dietary and lifestyle goals.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Nutrition and Dietietics and has over 12 years' experience. Lisa worked in the NHS for over 10 years in a variety of clinical settings empowering and supporting clients manage their medical conditions through diet, lifestyle and behavioural changes. Since leaving the NHS she has worked as a freelance Dietitian for 2 years gaining more experience in the private sector.

Lisa specialises in helping clients lose weight long term through her unique skills which she has gained through behaviour therapy training and her extensive experience of working in Specialist Weight Management clinics in Birmingham. She has worked alongside Clinical Psychologists, Counsellors' and Obesity Consultants. She has a specific interest, knowledge and experience in helping clients overcome emotional/comfort eating; helping them build a better relationship with food using the latest techniques such as mindful eating. Lisa also has an interest in helping clients improve their digestive health, such as IBS.

Lisa has written articles for peer reviewed journals such as The British Journal of Primary Care Nursing about omega-3 fats and she has appeared on National Radio for expertise in Obesity and weight management (BBC 5 Live).

Lisa is a member of The British Dietetic Association (BDA), Dietitian's in Obesity Management (DOM UK), the BDA Specialist Gastroenterology Group and the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC).

Lisa is a Mum to two school age children.
